Day 3 inspiration

So today was a really great day, for the fact of my eating and exercise habits. not such a great day on other things. But that's not what this blog is about. This blog is about my eating and exercise, so that is what I will talk about. I(thankfully) and under my goal calories.  I have a max of 1300 calories I want to eat each day, and I took in a total of 1246 calories, plus did exercise and lost probably about 30 of those calories.
I haven't been seeing any physical change in my body yet, but I am feeling a definite mental change, and it feels  really good. I am more focused, less hungry, and just overall feeling healthier.
Today the foods I ate were Raisins for breakfast, a chocolate chip cookie and baked Cheetos for lunch(I  forgot to bring a lunch so I got what my school had) Spaghetti for dinner, a banana as an after school snack, and a light and chewy bar as a night snack. I also did 7 minutes of intense workout. I was doing sit ups and such, and although it was only 7 minutes. I felt it. I have done harder workouts in my life, but it was a good workout, and I know it works because my boyfriend, a wrestler, uses it to cut weight.

Day two, plus some info about me

Day 2)
Today was a little rough.  My niece has been sick, so after school I had to go over and be with her, and help my sister out. I didn't get a chance to workout today, and I slacked on my eating. I had a banana and honey toast for breakfast. For lunch I ate 2 vegetarian tacos, some nachos, and a churro, along with some fat-free chocolate milk(today was Mexican bar) along with an apple. At dinner I had a bowl of vegetarian chili. I also had a light and chewy strawberry bar and some vanilla wafers.
Total today I consumed a whopping 1874 calories. If I had been able to work out, that would have been much lower. Although I did about 5 minutes of laughing, thanks to my boyfriend tickling me until I had to pee, but I myfitnesspal does not have laughing for an exercise, although I believe to have burned probably about 100 calories. lol.

I'm sure this post is probably getting boring, but I do not know what to write about. If you have any ideas about what sort of fitness or health ideas I can include, please comment and let me know what can make my blog a better one. If You haven't gotten the jist yet, I am a vegetarian. I have been one for over 3 years now, and I can't imagine it any other way, although my boyfriend, my family, and well, anybody I have contact with are meat eaters, and most of them hunters and fishers. I just think that it is a healthier lifestyle, and you don't harm any creatures.

Day one of my logged workout

Day 1)
This is my first ever blog. I am trying to start exercising, and I will post my goals, my achievements, and how I have  gotten those achievements, along with some personal tips. I am still only 15 years old, so I am young, I am not sure what I am doing, but we will grow this blog together, and get fitter together. I am not fat, so some of these tips and routines may not work for all of you. I am 107 lbs and 5'1. I am simply trying to tone my body and look great for summer. This is going to all be at home workouts(or outside) but no gym equipment.
Food Consumed today:
Banana
Apple
Nature Trails Light and Chewy Strawberry bar
chocolate Chip granola bar
Lays potato chips(just a handful)
2 Krispy Kreme Doughnuts(Shame on me)
Mashed Potatoes
and Corn

I admit to having some junk food, but this is so much healthier than what I was eating lets say a week ago. I also did a 5 min work out that included. 60 jumping jacks, 10 squats, 5 jump squats, 50 mason twists, 20 crunches, 10 side lunges, and 15 second superman

According to myfitnesspal I have had a total of 1350 calories today, Although exceeding my goal, is much better than last week, which was on average over 1500 calories(and some days I didn't log everything I ate because it was too much.

Tomorrow  if you tune back in, I will try to blog again, My goal is to get in about 15 minutes of exercise, and to use soup cans to start lifting and working on my arms and wrists as well.
